Description
This unique grain is known for its great taste, magical aroma and delicate, fluffy texture. Like champagne, pure basmati rice can only be grown and harvested in one place on earth, the foothills of the Himalayas. Our panicles are tested for purity, because only pure basmati has these unique properties.
For best results, soak the rice in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add the rice to the bubbling water – add a pinch of salt if necessary – and stir. Then bring the rice to the boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Drain well and serve.
