๐ฉโ๐ณ Cooking Recipe (Traditional Style)
Ingredients (for 100g spice mix)

Ground / Minced Meat โ 750g (600g meat + 150g fat/suet)

Tomatoes โ 1โ2 medium, thinly sliced

Onions โ 250g (very finely chopped & squeezed)

Green Chilies โ 4โ6 (finely chopped)

Ginger Paste โ 2 tbsp

Garlic Paste โ 3 tbsp

Fresh Coriander โ 3 tbsp (chopped)

Eggs โ 1โ2 (whisked)

Cooking Oil โ 500 ml (for shallow frying)

Shan Chapli Kabab Mix โ 1 packet mixed with ยฝ cup water
Steps of Cooking

Mix all ingredients except oil and knead well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Shape into thin flat patties with wet hands and press a tomato slice on one side.

Shallow fry in oil until crisp brown on both sides.
