Simple Steps to Tasty Chicken Masala
- MarinateTake 750 gm chicken pieces.Marinate with 1 tsp Everest Ginger-Garlic Paste, ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, 3 tbsp curd, and salt.
- Keep the marinated chicken for 1 hour.
- Prepare the BaseHeat 4 tbsp oil.Fry 4 chopped onions until crisp.
- Cook the MasalaAdd 3 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp Everest Ginger-Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 3 tsp Everest Chicken Masala, Everest Tikhalal Chilli Powder, and salt to taste.Fry for 1 minute.
- Cook the ChickenAdd the marinated chicken and 4 chopped tomatoes.Cook for 10 minutes.
