Vermicelli Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli: 1 cup
  • Milk: 1 liter
  • Sago pearls: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: ½ cup
  • Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
  • Kewra Essence: 1 tsp
  • Chopped Pistachios: 4 tbsp
  • Chopped Almonds: 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

  1. Boil milk and sago pearls in a pan.
  2. Once the sago is fully cooked, add vermicelli and sugar, and stir until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add cardamom powder and Kewra essence, and remove from heat.
  4. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios, and serve chilled.
