Easy Recipe for Chapli Kebab (Mincemeat Kebabs with Pomegranate Seeds):
- Ingredients:
- Finely Mincemeat (preferably Mutton/Beef or Chicken) – 500 gms
- Onion (Medium-sized, cut into small cubes) – 1-2 (75 gms)
- Tomatoes (Medium-sized, cut into small pieces) – 1-2 (75 gms)
- Green Chillies (Chopped) – 2-4
- Egg (Beaten/Whisked) – 1
- Ghee/Cooking Oil – About ½ cup for frying
- Laziza Chapli Kebab Masala – 1 bag
- Steps:
- Mix Laziza Chapli Kebab Masala (one bag) into the mincemeat, then add the whisked egg, onions, tomatoes, and mix/knead well. Let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
- Make thin, flat large kebabs with wet hands.
- Heat ghee/oil and fry the kebabs on low flame until tender or fully fried.
- Serve with fresh salad and chutney.
