Qeema Masala Recipe (Mincemeat)
Ingredients:
- Mincemeat (Chicken, Mutton, or Beef): 1 kg
- Onions (medium-sized): 4 finely chopped (250 g)
- Green Chillies (medium): 3-4 chopped, or use as per your taste
- Ghee/Cooking Oil: 1 – 1½ cups (150-250 g)
- Green Coriander (chopped): ½ cup (half bunch)
- LAZIZA QEEMA MASALA: One bag
- Fine Ginger Shreds (optional): 2-3 tablespoons (30 g)
Easy Steps:
- Fry sliced onion in ghee/oil for 10 minutes. Add mincemeat, Laziza Qeema Masala (one bag), and ginger shreds (optional). Fry for 10-15 minutes.
- Add 1-2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low flame until tender. Add green chillies (as per your taste) and cook until oil/ghee separates. Garnish with green coriander and serve with fresh lemon.
Note:
- For masala qeema, add 1 cup (150 g) of yogurt and 2-3 (150 g) chopped tomatoes during step 1.
- You can add potatoes or peas to make aloo qeema or peas qeema.
