Easy Recipe for Shami Kebab (Mincemeat Rissoles):
- Ingredients:
- Mincemeat (Beef, Mutton, or Chicken) – 1 kg
- Yellow Gram Lentil (Dal Chana) – 1 cup (150 gms)
- Onions (Chopped) – 2-3 (200 gms)
- Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chillies – To taste
- Egg (Beaten) – 1
- Laziza Shami Kebab Masala – 1 bag
- Oil/Ghee – For frying
- Steps:
- Boil dal chana, onions, and Laziza Shami Kebab Masala with the mincemeat in 4-6 glasses of water until tender.
- Grind the mixture and add the beaten egg, chopped green masala, and knead well.
- Form kebabs and fry on low flame in hot ghee or oil until brown.
- Serve with salad and chutney.
Additional Recipe: Nargisi Kebab
- Follow the same steps as the Shami Kebab recipe.
- Wrap each kebab around a half-cut boiled egg.
- Deep fry in hot oil or ghee until browned.
