Ingredients:

Cooking Instructions (For 1 Pack):
- Preparation (15 min)
- Wash the trotters (1 cow trotter or 8 goat trotters) with hot water. Then, boil them in 8 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste for 10-15 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Cooking
- In a pot, add 8-10 cups of water, the boiled trotters (Paya), and 2 tablespoons of National Paya Recipe Mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the trotters are tender.
- Frying
- Separately, fry 2 medium-sized, finely sliced onions in 1 cup (200g) of hot oil until golden brown. Add the remaining National Paya Recipe Mix and 1 cup (200g) of beaten yogurt. Fry for a few minutes until the oil separates.
- Simmering
- Add the fried masala to the boiled trotters (Paya). Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serving
- Sprinkle National Garam Masala on top and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with naan.
