Cooking Instructions
Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20-30 minutes | Servings: 6-8
- Frying the Onions
- Fry 4 medium sliced onions in 1 cup (200g) of hot oil until golden brown.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add 5-6 chopped medium tomatoes and sauté until partially broken down.
- Cooking the Qeema
- Add 1 packet of National Qeema Recipe Mix. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 kg of minced meat and cook until done.
- Stir in 6 chopped green chilies, the juice of 1 lemon, and fresh coriander. Mix well.
- Serving Suggestions
- Garnish with julienne ginger.
- Serve hot with naan or chapati.
