You Will Need:
- 1 kg Minced Meat (Beef or Chicken, finely ground)
- 3 Medium Onions (250g, ground)
- 1 Cup (200g) Yogurt (beaten)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 6-7 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- 1 Cup (200g) Oil
- 1 Packet National Kofta Recipe Mix
Step-by-Step Cooking Guide:
- Mix: Combine half of the onions, yogurt, coriander, green chilies, and 2 tbsp of National Kofta Recipe Mix with the minced meat.
- Shape: Knead well and form 20-25 medium-sized meatballs.
- Fry: Heat oil and fry the remaining onion paste, National Kofta Recipe Mix, yogurt, ginger, and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- Cook: Add 3-4 cups of water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and add the meatballs. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice.
