- Fry
Fry 2-3 thinly sliced onions in hot oil until golden. Set aside half of the fried onions and oil.
Add 750g of boneless meat (chicken, beef, or mutton), 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, and 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, and fry for 1 minute.
Add National Quick Cook Haleem Recipe & Lentil Mix Packet “B” and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Cook
Add 5-6 cups of water, cover, and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Then shred or mash the meat.
- Mix
In another pot, dissolve National Quick Cook Haleem Recipe & Lentil Mix Packet “A” in 7-8 cups of water. Cook on high flame for 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the shredded meat and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Serve
Pour the remaining hot oil and fried onions over the Haleem. Serve with National Chaat Masala, julienne ginger, lemon wedges, fresh coriander, and mint leaves.

- 1¼ cups oil (approx. 250g)
