🍳 Cooking Instructions (For 1 Pack / 1kg Meat)
Preparation (15 mins):

Fry 3–4 sliced onions in 200g (1 cup) of oil until golden.

Remove, dry, and crush them.

In the same oil, add 1kg of meat + 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Fry 5 mins.
Cooking:
4. Add 250g (1¼ cups) of beaten yogurt + 1 pack of National Quorma Mix.
5. Sauté for 5 mins.
6. Add water (1 cup for chicken / 2–3 cups for beef/lamb).
7. Cover & cook on low until meat is tender.
Simmering & Serving:
8. Add crushed fried onions and simmer until oil separates.
9. Garnish with julienned ginger. Serve with naan or taftan.
