Cooking Instructions
- Marinade Preparation:
- Mix 4 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp Shan Chicken 65 Mix, 1 whisked egg, ½ cup (50 g) wheat flour, and 4-6 tbsp water to make a smooth paste.
- Apply this paste to 1 kg boneless chicken (small cubes) and marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Deep Fry:
- Deep fry the marinated chicken cubes in 3 cups (525 ml) of hot oil until they turn crisp and golden.
- Prepare Sauce:
- Heat ¼ to ½ cup butter (50-100 g) separately and add 20-30 curry leaves and the remaining Shan Chicken 65 Mix.
- Add ½ to 1 cup tomato ketchup (100-200 g) and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Combine & Serve:
- Add the fried chicken and 4-6 medium green chilies (de-seeded and cut into thick slices). Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add 4-6 tbsp fresh cream, stir fry for a minute, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot with toasted bread slices.
