Preparation Instructions
- Boil 2 cups (400 ml) of water in a saucepan and add the entire packet of Shan Jelly Crystals.
- Stir continuously until the crystals are completely dissolved.
- Pour the hot mixture into a mold and allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Refrigerate the mold for at least 1 hour.
- Use a knife to loosen the edges of the mold, then invert over a serving dish to release. Serve chilled.
Serving Suggestion: Add fresh fruit slices or whipped cream as a garnish.
