Cooking Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add vinegar, 1 tablespoon each of garlic and ginger paste, kidneys, heart, and brain. Boil for 5 minutes, then discard the liquid.
- Start Cooking: Heat oil or ghee, add garlic, and stir fry. Then add the mutton chops and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
- Add Mix and Meat: Add kidneys, heart, brain, and Shan Ginger Stir Fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Add onions, tomatoes, yogurt, and Shan Kat a Kat Mix (dissolved in one cup of water). Stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes, then cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Finishing Touches: Add green chilies, coriander, lemon juice, and butter. Stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes, then serve hot with naan.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with fresh naan or paratha for a complete meal.
