Preparation Instructions
- Boil 1 liter of milk with sugar and 2 cups of water.
- Beat one egg well.
- Mix 4-5 teaspoons of cooking oil or ghee into the contents of the Laziza Ras Malai Mix. Add 5 tablespoons of beaten egg and knead into a smooth dough.
- Shape into 15-18 small balls and place them in the boiling milk.
- Increase heat to high and boil for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let the Ras Malai cool and refrigerate before serving.
