Tandoori Style Barbeque Chicken

- Cumin Seed
- Corn Starch
- Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid
- Turmeric
- Colours: Allura Red & Tartrazine Yellow (May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)

Cooking Instructions (For 1 Packet):
Preparation Time: 2 hours (Marination) | Cooking Time: 30-40 minutes | Serves: 5-6

Cut slits into the chicken pieces and soak them in vinegar for 30 minutes. - Marinate
Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade. Add the chicken pieces and generously rub the marinade onto them. Cover and set aside for 2 hours. - Bake/Grill
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes. Apply a little oil to the chicken pieces and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
If an oven is unavailable, cook the chicken in a greased heavy-based pan on low heat until tender. Then, increase the heat and continue cooking while flipping the pieces until the water evaporates. - Serve
Serve the chicken with lemon wedges, salad, and green raita or chutney.
