| To Make Master Solution | Dissolve 9 grams of powder in 1 litre of hot water. If the colour separates upon cooling, warm the solution slightly. The solution contains 12.15mg/10ml of E102, 4.05mg/10ml of E129, and 1.17mg/10ml of E122. |
| Usage Guideline | Do not use more than 10ml of the solution per kg of other ingredients. |
