Cooking Instructions (1 Pack)
| Step | Instructions |

| 1. Fry Onions | Fry 2-3 medium thinly sliced onions in ¾ cup (150 g) hot oil until golden brown. |
| 2. Cook Meat | Add 500 g meat, 1 cup (200 g) yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, and the National Sindhi Biryani Recipe Mix. Sauté for 5 minutes. |
| 3. Add Potatoes | Add 2-3 quartered potatoes and sauté further. |
| 4. Add Water and Simmer | Add 1-2 cups of water for chicken or 3-4 cups for beef/lamb. Cover and cook on low heat until meat and potatoes are tender. |
| 5. Add Green Chillies | Add 6-8 whole green chillies and cook on high heat until oil separates. |
| 6. Prepare Rice | Soak 2½ cups (500 g) Basmati rice in water for 20 minutes. Boil the soaked rice in 12 cups of water with 3 tablespoons of salt until ¾ cooked. Drain well. |
| 7. Layer and Cook | Spread the meat curry at the bottom of a pot. Add a layer of 3 medium sliced tomatoes and ½ cup each of chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves. Top with a layer of rice. |
| 8. Final Cooking | Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes, then reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes. |
| 9. Serve | Serve with raita and salad. |
