Cooking Instructions (1 Pack)

Step Instructions
1. Fry Onions Fry 2-3 medium thinly sliced onions in ¾ cup (150 g) hot oil until golden brown.
2. Cook Meat Add 500 g meat, 1 cup (200 g) yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, and the National Sindhi Biryani Recipe Mix. Sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add Potatoes Add 2-3 quartered potatoes and sauté further.
4. Add Water and Simmer Add 1-2 cups of water for chicken or 3-4 cups for beef/lamb. Cover and cook on low heat until meat and potatoes are tender.
5. Add Green Chillies Add 6-8 whole green chillies and cook on high heat until oil separates.
6. Prepare Rice Soak 2½ cups (500 g) Basmati rice in water for 20 minutes. Boil the soaked rice in 12 cups of water with 3 tablespoons of salt until ¾ cooked. Drain well.
7. Layer and Cook Spread the meat curry at the bottom of a pot. Add a layer of 3 medium sliced tomatoes and ½ cup each of chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves. Top with a layer of rice.
8. Final Cooking Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes, then reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Serve Serve with raita and salad.
