Cooking Instructions
Marination Time: 3-4 hours | Cooking Time: 30-40 minutes | Servings: 6-8
You Will Need:
- Boneless Beef/Mutton Cubes: 1½ kg
- Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Raw Papaya Paste: 1 cup
- Oil: ½ cup (100 g)
- National Tikka Boti Recipe Mix: 1 packet
Method:
- Marinate:
Mix 1 tbsp each of ginger and garlic paste, 1 cup of raw papaya paste, ½ cup (100 g) oil, and 1 packet of National Tikka Boti Recipe Mix in a bowl to prepare the marinade. Add the meat cubes and mix well. Cover and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours. - BBQ/Grill:
Skewer the 1½ kg of boneless beef/mutton cubes and place them over low heat on a charcoal/gas grill. Alternatively, place the meat cubes on a grill pan and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once golden brown, brush the meat with oil and continue grilling evenly on all sides until the meat is tender and cooked. - Serve:
Serve with puri paratha, salad, and chutney for a delicious meal.
