Storage Advice
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Preparation Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 2 heaped tablespoons of Shan Custard Powder with 100ml of milk to form a smooth mixture.
- In a saucepan, add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar to 400ml of milk and bring it to a boil.
- Pour the custard mixture into the boiling milk, stirring continuously for a few minutes until the custard thickens.
- Pour the custard into a serving bowl and allow it to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
