Ingredients:

Storage Advice:

Steps for Cooking:
- Heat 2 tbsp. of cooking oil in a pan and fry ½ sliced onion (30g) until golden brown.
- Add 1 tbsp. ginger paste, 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic, and 1 tbsp. finely chopped green chilies; cook for 30 seconds.
- Add 1 cup (200g) of tomato puree, mix well, and cook until dry.
- Add 3 tbsp. (20g) of Shan Kitchen King Recipe Mix, mix thoroughly, then add 1 tbsp. (15g) of yogurt and 1 tbsp. of cooking oil.
- Add ½ cup (60g) of diced onions, ½ cup (100g) of diced potatoes, ½ cup (60g) of carrots, ½ cup (50g) of cauliflower, ¼ cup (40g) of green peas, and 2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp. (27g) of butter and 1 tbsp. (20g) of fresh cream; stir well.
