Directions for Use:

  1. For Thickening Soup:
    • Mix 3 tbsp cornflour with ¼ cup water.
    • Once soup is cooked, add the mixture and boil for 1 minute.
  2. To Prepare Batter:
    • Mix ½ cup cornflour with ½ cup flour.
    • Gradually add 1 cup of water while stirring.
    • Add 1 tbsp oil and use for frying.
  3. For Thickening Gravy:
    • Mix 1 tbsp cornflour with 4 tbsp water to create a paste.
    • Add to gravy and stir well.
