Cooking Instructions (1 Pack):
Preparation Time: 10 min | Cooking Time: 20-25 min | Servings: 6-8
- Fry: Sauté 1 kg of boneless chicken cubes in 3-4 tablespoons (60g) of butter until lightly browned.
- Add Spices: Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 packet of National Recipe Mix for Butter Chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Cook: Add 1½ cups of milk and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender, and the sauce thickens.
- Blend: Stir in ¾ cup of fresh cream, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with warm naan or boiled rice.
