Directions for Use:
- Marinate:
- Mix 1 pack of National Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe Mix with 1 cup (200 g) of beaten yogurt.
- Add 1 kg boneless chicken cubes and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Fry:
- Finely chop 4-5 medium tomatoes.
- Heat ½ cup (100 g) of oil in a pan and fry the chopped tomatoes until softened.
- Add the marinated chicken cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir-Fry:
- Add 4-5 red/green capsicums (cut into bite-sized pieces), 4 medium diced onions, and 3-4 halved green chilies.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
