Quick Overview

Paya Recipe Mix is a specially formulated spice blend designed to prepare Paya, a traditional South Asian dish made from slow-cooked trotters (usually goat or beef). This mix contains a rich combination of spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala, which help to create a flavorful and aromatic broth.

To use the Paya Recipe Mix, you typically add it to a pot of slow-cooked trotters, along with other ingredients like onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes. The result is a hearty, savory stew with a rich, complex flavor. The mix makes it easier to achieve the authentic taste of Paya without having to measure and blend individual spices.
